I had looked at only 1 project, but since then journalists researched others as well. Who benefited from this fraud and is there any progress from legal action?

Thank you for the info. I have a question - since I decided to stay out of the collective lawsuit but still sent my company´s claim to the trustee in bankruptcy - if money will be recovered - will they get their money before me for some reason or will it be equally distributed?
