Thank you for the info. I have a question - since I decided to stay out of the collective lawsuit but still sent my company´s claim to the trustee in bankruptcy - if money will be recovered - will they get their money before me for some reason or will it be equally distributed?
I am in the same situation, except I only to late became aware about the collective lawsuit. Though I have made my claim with the police, following given guidelines when Envestio vanished.

No idea, probably should ask this to those who are more involved in the process - law suit organisers, police, etc.
