On July 23rd I received a legal complaint about my first FastInvest review. In attachment there was 8-page long claim threatening with criminal proceedings and asking to delete my blog post.
In case you haven't heard yet: Fast Invest recently updated their user agreement (in a very sneaky way I have to add): Based on 5.12.2 in the new user agreement, Fast Invest basically gave themself the right to deny a payout of available funds!
wow Kristaps, you have golden balls, well played. hope they felt the hit of the boomerang. a serious company should take in serious consideration what their investors say in order to become better and better.
LOL, if you tell me that this was sent on April's fool I would be laughing. I have no idea who decided this strategy in Fastinvest. Nowadays with Internet this kind of threads instead stopping people to publish is like a fan wheeling over the shit pointing to yourself: evervyone is going to know it and if anyone still had confidence in Fastinvest... it's gone. It's like to pay for the worst marketing campaing ever.
Crazy that they think they can sue over, what is essentially a product review, surely protected by freedom of speech. Good on you on fighting the good fight and not giving in, I always read your content with great interest.
Hi, I'm an investor in FastInvest. Which I think has now potentially completely stopped repaying investors and that seems to be the case now for 6 months (with some investors already waiting 2 years). It also only has 70 loans you can invest in. Through poor DD on my part, and some aggressive selling, I recently ~3months increased my investment significantly and now hold on paper €82.000 in the platform. These investments were made 3 months after they effectively ceased honest operations. I've connected with 1 group and now look to take legal action. I may not get my money back but at least I can try to sound the alarm more loudly and/or push them into administration. Is there anyone on this platform who I might be able to consult with?

Thank you for info!
Respect! This was strong message. Good counter-attack.
Definitely this is not a GDPR scope. And good pointing about non-regulated "financial institutions".
Interesting what will be their answer to this (in 7 days).
Well done - keep us posted!

I am also an investor wiht VIAinvest and notice they have very few employees on linkdin and no review on glassdoor (which makes me suspicious).

Meanwhile, someone named Jørgen from Denmark is still giving FastInvest 5 star reviews...
