3 months?? No, no , I know of people who have spent 6 months waiting and they are still waiting to get their monet back. I'm one of them. What a scandal this is! The person at the chat has a face made of cement when she answers "there's delay in payments because we have shortage of staff but they are working non stop to make all payments manually"" what kind of an answer is that?? for a platform that operates online, where eveything is solved with a click. OMG, do they think we are all stupid? well, maybe I am stupid, actaully,'cause i gave them my money, BIG MISTAKE!

what can i do? Now it is worse, they have limited withdrawals to 59€ per month, at least in my account. I guess they try to slow down the massive money requests they are having. is there truly a law sue in the making? I want in! I'm from Spain, how can i join?

Yeah, those new rules about limited withdrawals is another joke from their side. In my view it does not change much - as investors could not withdraw before anyway and like you - had to wait 6+ months. They are basically stealing money if you ask me. Check out https://p2p.holdings/p2p-lawsuits about P2P lawsuits - there was a discussion about fastinvest as well, not sure - if there is any progress.

It seams that the telegram group does not exists any more. What happened to the group that wanted to take legal action. I was to fast and invested money on Fast invest this summer, but now realise I can't get them back. I'm ready to participate In a group action. First we could go to the ombudsman in the uk.

a conversation with a Fastinvest employe, because they suspend the payments.

Hi Bram,

Kindly note that our lenders have exercised their right under Clause 3.7 of the Assignment Agreement, which allows them to extend repayment periods and loan maturity dates for the borrowers.

This is the reason why you have your interests and repayments postponed. Please note that such amendments can be made up to 6 times, and each time, the extension shall be no longer than 30 days. This right is presented in his loan agreement with the Loan Originator. A regular interest rate during the extension period will be calculated but you will receive it along with the next repayment.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Yes, MoneyBack feature is no longer available. We only apply BuyBack option if needed.

I'm sorry Bram for your disappointment. However, this decision taken is solely up to our loan originators and we just have to follow the agreements.

Looks like they are coming up with new excuses all the time. This is the best part: "We only apply BuyBack option if needed." - so according to them investors don't need buyback anymore :)

I don't know why people think those organized law suites are in any way legit. Paying a percentage of the invested money of an entry ticket, lol.
